Q : What is returns policy?
Depending on the applied Return policy, you may return your item to us within 7 working days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us.
Requirements for a valid return:

  1. Proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, etc.)
  2. Bank details in Return Form if original payment are made.
  3. Include printed Return Form and Invoice in each return package box.
  4. Return reason has to be valid and returns acceptance conditions met
  5. Item must in New / Unused Condition.

Q: How do I track my return status?
A: You can track return status using the tracking number provided to you by our logistics partner.

Q : Where to return?
If your item meets all the requirement, return can be initiated via Online Returns Form. For non account holder, please include this Manual Return Form printed and filled in.

Upon receipt of your return, allow up to 3 days to process it.

NOTE: In the unlikely event that your return is invalid, our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you. Your return courier fee will not be reimbursed.
